Testimony

Definition:
Evidence given by a witness under oath.

Unable to serve

Definition:
If you have health problems, a paid vacation, or other personal commitments that cannot be rescheduled at the time you are first called, a postponement may be available.

Sequestration

Definition:
A sequestered jury is usually housed together at night in a hotel and forbidden from contacting people outside of the court. Sequestration rarely occurs and is meant for jurors' security.
